Trump Says Iran Should Surrender as Hormuz Crisis Intensifies...

Trump Demands Iran ‘White Flag’ as US-Iran Talks Reach Deadlock

US President Donald Trump has called on Iran to “put up the white flag of surrender” as tensions between Washington and Tehran deepen following the expiration of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on Monday.

Trump told Fox News that his administration was holding talks with Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), but the claim was quickly rejected by the Iranian military force.

IRGC spokesperson Brigadier General Hossein Mohammadi said there were no talks between IRGC officials and US representatives. He accused Trump of making false claims and said Iran had lost trust in the United States because of repeated violations of agreements.

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei also said US violations had made the MoU deadline “entirely moot”. He warned that Iranian forces remain prepared to respond if the country comes under attack.

Meanwhile, tensions are also continuing in the occupied West Bank, where Palestinian families report ongoing intimidation and threats from Israeli settlers. Residents say settlers established a new illegal outpost near their homes several months ago and have continued to threaten families, including young children.

Israeli soldiers remain stationed around three Palestinian homes in the area, which has been declared a closed military zone. Local officials accuse Israeli forces of treating settlers more leniently than Palestinians and say the military could remove the settlers quickly if it chose to use the same force deployed against Palestinian residents.

The developments come as efforts to end the Iran-US war remain deadlocked, with both sides exchanging accusations and showing little sign of reaching an immediate breakthrough.
